The UGRG encourages proposals for funding up to £300 to help support early career researchers and post-graduate students in the organisation of seminars, workshops, group field-visits, reading groups, exhibitions and other possible academic activities or events that advance research in urban geography.

We particularly welcome proposals for innovative ideas that might not ‘fit’ the remit of existing funding opportunities.
